There will be camping space on the Site. There may be an area for general camping and an area of "enchanted ground", i.e. period encampments.
There is limited access to water on site. Ground fires will be allowed at the discretion of the Event Steward. Other facilities will include portable privies and primitive showers.
Austin has many hotels, motels and bed & breakfast facilities. This is just a sample so if you don't find what you want here, you will find many other listings on other travel resources. Also, please call your friends if you want to discuss crash space.

Luxury Hotels
Ok, the prices on these are well beyond what most SCAers are used to paying. But if you want to splurge and spend the weekend in a truly elegant hotel, these facilities are fine indeed. I especially recommend the Renaissance Hotel which is both elegant and near the site.
